Online Delivery Policy:

• Delivery is once a week
• If one delivery is less than $150, $10 delivery fee will be added. Free delivery for orders over $150 to anywhere in NSW.

• RICLAND VVFOOD takes care of our customers by ensuring that you have a dedicated account manager, no matter how big or small you may be. RICLAND VVFOOD provides tailored service for both small and large scale clients.

• RICLAND VVFOOD is based in Sydney, but can arrange delivery to all areas throughout NSW/ACT and are extending areas up to 1000km radius according to business requirement.

• All delivery service is using our own trucks per special food delivery standard. Our own trucks can fully ensure that you receive your delivery with quality guaranteed on time every time.

• Retail orders require 24 hours to pick, pack and have ready for pick up or dispatch - delivery estimates should be taken from the time you receive an order dispatch email. Please note we cannot guarantee the day of delivery on behalf of the courier you choose.

• Final shipping costs and carrier options will be available in the checkout after you enter a valid Australian postcode. Prices are variable, based on weight and size.

• We also have big frozen warehouse for frozen food storage rental. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
